The Wellness Center at VMRC is a modern facility designed to meet the unique needs and goals of the active adult crowd. Choose one of our flexible and affordable memberships based on your fitness needs—every membership includes a one-on-one personal fitness assessment to create an effective and appropriate exercise plan.
Personal Exercise Plan
The Center has an impressive array of state-of-the-art cardio fitness equipment, resistance machines and free weights. Trained staff can show you how to create the best plan for your goals—whether it’s weight loss, increasing energy, regaining strength and flexibility after an injury, training for a new sport, or just getting into the best shape of your life! Our staff has certifications from the Aquatic Exercise Association, the American College of Sports Medicine, the American Council on Exercise, the Arthritis Foundation and the American Red Cross. The Wellness Center offers a welcoming and relaxed space where you can achieve your goals.
Senior Olympic-Size Pool
The senior Olympic-size warm-water pool includes lap lanes for swimming, aqua aerobics and space for individual exercise. Maximize your workout experience with a variety of available aquatic training equipment. There’s even an 8-person hot tub heated to 101 degrees, with soothing jets to relax your tired muscles after you exercise.

Guest Pass rates and policy changes effective November 1, 2012. We welcome any and all guests who visit our facility. All guests must be 18 years of age or older and are required to completed our guest waiver before gaining access to the Wellness Center at VMRC. Our guest pass options are: one visit pass for $10 or a 10 visit pass package for $90. Guest passes do not include membership privileges, including family swim. Guest passes are valid for six months after the purchase date.
