Heritage Haven Eligibility

Applicants for Heritage Haven must meet the following requirements: head of household is 62 years of age or older, gross annual income is within limits set by HUD, household members are U.S. citizens or eligible non-citizens, household members can meet the "Criteria for Residential Living," household members agree to a smoke-free policy.
