Affordable Comfort and Convenience
Located on the VMRC campus, Heritage Haven provides affordable housing in coordination with the federal department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for low-income individuals 62 years of age or older where rental amounts are based on household income. It is conveniently connected to VMRC's Main Street allowing residents to easily access all the services and amenities VMRC has to offer. Click here to see a campus map.

Eligibility Requirements:
- Head of Household is 62 years of age or older
- Household members are U.S. citizens or eligible non-citizens
- Household members agree to abide by the tobacco-free campus policy
- Household members can meet the “Criteria for Residential Living”
- Household’s gross annual income is less than the income limits set by HUD
- 1 person household – less than $42,850
- 2 person household – less than $49,000
