Aquatic Therapy at VMRC takes place in our senior-sized, Olympic pool, which is heated to a comfortable 89 degrees to promote relaxation and ease of movement. This specialized therapy strengthens muscles, enhances joint mobility, and reduces pain through low-impact exercises.
