What do you crave? The choices are yours - every day and at every meal!

VMRC features three distinct on-campus dining services - from quick and casual to informally formal:

Quick and Casual: Main Street Café
This intimate café is located conveniently along our indoor Main Street and is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Join the regulars who gather every morning for coffee and conversation. Sample menu items include country-breakfast fare—eggs, pancakes, and sausage gravy on biscuits—homemade, hearty soups, a fresh salad bar, and daily sandwich and entree specials.

Lovely and Leisurely: Park Place Bistro
Bright, natural light fills this lovely lunch spot. Let our professional wait staff serve you gourmet sandwiches, grilled selections, hearty salads and entrées.

Informally Formal: Hartman Dining Room
You’ll be proud to entertain company at our dinner venue that combines an elegant setting with a casual attitude. No jacket or tie required when you dine on fresh seafood, steaks cooked to order, down-home comfort foods, pastas, and heart-healthy selections. All à la carte, start with an appetizer or end with dessert—or both!

At all our dining establishments, you can expect
Fresh-Picked. Fresh-Made. Fresh-Baked

  • All meats are roasted in-house
  • In-season, quality ingredients are incorporated into our menus for the ultimate in freshness, flavor and nutritional value including vegetables and herbs right from our own VMRC Farm at Willow Run
  • We Buy Local as often as possible, contracting with Harrisonburg area farmers and food producers
  • Fresh-from-the-oven breads, rolls, pastries and desserts are made daily in the on-campus bakery

VMRC Dining also offers Catering Services and Meeting Planning.
