Rebecca Kline
Vice President, Supportive Living
With more than two decades of nursing leadership experience, Rebecca has built a career defined by compassion, excellence and mentorship. She joined VMRC in 2020 and currently serves as Vice President of Supportive Living, where she provides oversight for nursing and assisted living operations and leads initiatives that elevate the quality of care for residents and staff alike. Before joining the executive team, Rebecca served as VMRC’s Director of Nursing.
Her reputation as a trusted mentor is well known in nursing education circles throughout the community. Colleagues and students alike value her for her deep clinical knowledge, steady leadership and genuine investment in the growth of others.
Before joining VMRC, Rebecca served as Director of Nursing at Skyline Terrace Nursing Home and Memory Lane Assisted Living, and prior to that, she held multiple leadership roles, including Director of Nursing, Staff Development and Infection Control, Unit Manager, Weekend Supervisor, and Charge Nurse at Life Care Center of New Market.
She and her husband make their home in the Shenandoah Valley and take great joy in their three adult children. Her twin daughters are both following in her footsteps in the healthcare field.
