Zach Queen

Vice President, Facilities

Zach Queen serves as Vice President of Facilities at VMRC, where he oversees the maintenance, facilities operations, and ongoing development of the community's campus. Since entering the retirement living industry in 2011, Zach has been dedicated to creating safe, comfortable, and welcoming environments that enhance the quality of life for residents and support the mission of serving older adults.

Known for his approachable leadership style and commitment to excellence, Zach works closely with team members, residents, and contractors to ensure VMRC's facilities continue to meet the highest standards. He takes pride in building strong relationships and finding practical solutions that help the community thrive.

Outside of work, Zach enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters. He is actively involved in his church, where he plays guitar as part of the worship team. In his free time, he can often be found riding his motorcycle, playing golf, or enjoying time with family and friends.
