Entering the healthcare industry and finding a job that offers both flexibility and fulfillment can be a challenge. But for Iris and Echo, two sisters who found their purpose and direction at VMRC, it was a journey worth taking.

Carolyn Wilson's life experiences are as diverse as the flowers she grows. She was born in Long Beach, California and grew up in a Navy family. During her youth, Carolyn's family did two turns in Norfolk, Virginia — home to the world’s largest naval base. She also lived in Oklahoma, New Mexico, Maryland and Washington D.C.
